PhD in Food and Nutrition from Paulista State University "Julio de Mesquita" - UNESP / SP (2020). Specialist in Food Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC (2004) and in Clinical Nutrition from the Brazilian Nutrition Association (ASBRAN - 2006). Has experience in the area of Clinical and Renal Nutrition. Has worked mainly on the following topics: Nutritional Indexes, Chronic Renal Failure, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Conservative Treatment, Transplantation and other nephropathies. He also has experience in Quality Implementation in the Nutrition Sector. Was a professor at the Lutheran Educational Association BOM JESUS / IELUSC, in the Disciplines of Nutritional Assessment and Nutritional Education, Supervisor of Compulsory Internship in the Areas of Clinical and Social Nutrition. Advisor of Course Completion Work (TCC) of the Lutheran Educational Association BOM JESUS / IELUSC. Professor at College Alvorada, in the Nutrition Course, in the Discipline of Nutrition in Public Health and Epidemiology (Brasília/DF). Is a Science and Technology Analyst at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation (MCTI), worked at the Secretariat of Science and Technology for Social Inclusion (SECIS), where she served on the Working Group for Accountability (Ordinance N 35, of June 26, 2012), in Food and Nutrition Security, at the Secretariat of Applied Technologies (SETAP), in the Department of Technologies for Sustainable and Social Development Programs (DEPDS). She is currently assigned to the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (SEMPI), in the General Coordination of Enabling Technologies (CGTH), with the theme of Health as: Assistive Technologies, Rare Diseases and Pharma-MCTI Network. Is a specialist in Public Policies for Obesity. She is currently working at the Secretariat of Science and Technology for Social Development (SEDES), in the General Coordination of Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security with the theme of Adequate and Healthy Food, Agroecology and Food and Nutritional Security.
