As Executive Director of the HLTH Foundation, Janna drives the Foundation’s mission to promote equality, diversity and access in healthcare. She recently led the re-launch of CSweetener, the Foundation’s mentorship program for women in healthcare, introducing support for intersectional women, incorporating inclusive language and integrating new technology to enhance participant experience and efficiency. For more than twenty years, she has advised companies on healthcare communications strategy, program development, executive visibility and relationship management.
