Dr. Eder de Souza Martins(http://lattes.cnpq.br/8160265101709215)is a geologist (1987), master (1991) and doctor of geology (1999) from the University of Brasília (UnB). He is currently a researcher at Embrapa Cerrados(https://www.embrapa.br/cerrados)since 1997 and serves as a professor and graduate advisor in the Geography and Environmental Sciences courses at UnB. He works in the research fields on Landscape Physiology, Regional Agromineralsand Agrogeological Zoning. He published more than 150 complete articles inscientific journals, organized fourbooks and participated in 24 book chapters.
