Monika Suryavanshi, Executive Director, Helios Healthcare Architects, is driven by the idea of high quality health and care for the masses, especially in developing countries across the globe. In her current role, she works with almost all stakeholders in healthcare ecosystem, ranging from governments, Ministry of Health, policy makers to payers, investors and healthcare providers to improve health and care globally by advisory and healthcare partner services. She works with government authorities to realign and reform the healthcare delivery framework. Furthermore, she supports hospitals in turning them into centers of excellence and is also responsible for Helios franchises across different international markets.  
In her previous role, an expert assistance to Helios Health management board, she worked closely with c-level executives on strategic projects such as further development of the business segment, designing new business models and strategic partnership with market peers.
Additionally she was also responsible for high level controlling, Top down analysis of the financial performance of business units in Germany and Spain as well as budget and forecast preparations.
Monika Suryavanshi joined Helios in 2017, before that she was working as an emergency medical doctor and hospital director and held various management positions in India. Furthermore, she was managing her own acute care hospital as well as clinic. She studied medicine in India and hold a master degree in international healthcare management from IUBH University Germany. She deepened her knowledge in strategy of healthcare delivery from Harvard Business School and digital business strategy from MIT Sloan, USA.
